Job Description / ResponsibilityChecking of vouchers of cheque and rental payment manager to ensure the accuracy of transaction in accounting system, the availability of supporting documents and required approval from the competent authority.
Reconciliation of Banks and Customers' accounts.
Coordinate with branches and prepare branch financial statements.
Calculation of IDCP and passed necessary vouchers.
Calculation of quarterly IBTA interest and make ledger wise reconciliation.
Quarterly depreciation calculation on fixed assets of head office.
Prepare voucher, re-schedulement, restructure and write-off loans advances and leases accounts.
Checking customers' account position as and when required basis.
Prepare monthly pay roll entries.
Preparation of periodical statements to Bangladesh Bank.
Reconciliations inter branch transaction accounts.
MIS - Accounts related.
Any other Accounts related job/chart of accounts as assigned by the Head of Accounts and by the management.

Educational Requirements
Masters degree from a recognized university
Candidates having Third Class/ Division or CGPA below 3.00 in any Exam need not to apply.
Candidates having professional degree in Chartered Accountancy are preferable.

Age At most 30 year(s)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in any Bank/ Financial Institution.
Ability to work in a team
Strong Communication Skill
Willingness to work under pressure
