Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct Risk Based Audit to identify process/control gaps in light of regulatory guidelines as well as bank's internal guidelines/policy/manual etc.

Ensure that internal compliance & control division meets regulatory requirements and best practices at all times.

Prepare audit report on time for sending to the division/ branch and executive summary for the management.

Report and identify potential risk exposures within the bank and recommend mitigating controls to minimize & prevent such potential exposures.

When required conduct surprise audit as well as special investigation.

Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirements

Bangladeshi  eligible citizens having Masters in any discipline from a reputed university having no third division/ class or equivalent GPA in academic career.

Job Requirements:

Age At most 30 year.

Minimum Articleship (Course Completed). Knowledge Level,  or Advance Level, Application Level will get added advantage.

Experience of Bank auditing,  and adequate IT knowledge, willingness to develop their career in audit.

Working experience in Internal Control & Compliance Division would be given preference.

Centralized Banking System experience will be preferable.

Excellent written & oral Communication skill in English and Bengali.

Proficient in MS Office, Spread Sheet operation.

Age : Age limit should be within 30 years as of December 31, 2016. Age may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
